Adele Suddes recently sold a property for us. Between my wife and I, we have sold many properties in the past, as we used to flip houses. This was the first time Adele was our realtor. She went above and beyond any other realtor we have ever worked with. She was easily the best. She wanted to know all about our property, further researched the area and marketed the listing well. She kept in touch with us during the process and answered questions promptly. She was always professional. We found her insight to be extraordinary, especially in regards to the negotiations. We were very pleased.

Adele is a wonderful person and a great realtor. She was able to sell my home help me negotiate the purchase of a new home. She also was able to set up both closings for the same day at the same closing attorney. Excellent communication throughout the process and all expectations were exceeded.

She was there every step of the way and was knowledgeable about any of the issues we had during the process. What was appreciated was the fact that if something was not right, or how it should be, or questionable, she would bring it up and either get it resolved or at least get some answers. With over 13 miles of beaches, along with an amazing Historic District, my husband and I knew immediately that we wanted to be a part of the Amelia Island experience! So, we started our adventure by searching for a local realtor who specialized in the area. We came across Adele, who was so intelligent and professional throughout the entire process. We were truly thankful that she took us on as her clients. Although rated as one of the top realtors within the area, we *always* felt like priority #1. We'd done our research, and were prepared with location, goals, and price; however once Adele stepped in, we felt the presence of a well-seasoned, educated professional and were beyond happy to have her in our corner. She proactively gathered information, delivered it to us, and had a path moving forward on the next steps in order to execute a great investment for our family. Not only did Adele know the market, but she also had unbelievable connections in the area that she was able to pass along to us. Anything Adele touches, turns to gold. Adele was exceptional in every way. From our first conversation she provided detail information regarding the property of interest. She responded to questions and requests promptly with accurate information and following up to ensure all needs were met. Once under contract, Adele provided a detailed outline of next steps including timelines, transfer information for utilities/cable, and what to expect leading up to closing. Following closing Adele continued to provide assistance with getting keys/locked reset, troubleshooting internet issues, and answering questions about the property/community. The house we were living in were being sold but the owners and we had no where to go, but she was there and helped us find a place to stay and helped us for a long time in finding a house to buy. We were having problems with a closing and she offered to pay some of the expenses in order to have the house. But she kept fighting and fighting and found us a house we can finally call ours. Not only did we find a house, but also found a friend that we can trust and count on.

Adele has sold 2 properties for me, and I have been extremely happy with her professional manner and knowledge of the real estate market in Nassau County. The 2 properties were different (one was beach property and the other was vacant acreage). She always stayed in touch with me from beginning to end. Adele knows her business!

We are super happy with Adele and would recommend her in a flash.
